Eye twiching (more accurately eyebrow grinding) is an uncontrollable eye strain. Eye twitching is most eyelids last only a few minutes, but sometimes it may last for days or more. Grinding usually takes place on the top lid, but it can also occur on both the top and bottom lids. For most people, this pain is very mild and feels like a soft sore on the eyelid. Others may experience severe pain that forces them to close their eyes completely.
The eye-popping episodes are unexpected. Eye Twitching can take several days. Then, you may not experience any grinding for weeks or months. Dizziness is painless and not harmful, but it can be a nuisance to you. Most shakes will resolve their selves without the need for treatment. In rare cases, blinking may be an early warning sign of a chronic motion disorder, especially if the spasm is accompanied by other facial grinding or uncontrollable movements.
